Copying & Scanning

In case you need original data or parts thereof to be scanned or copied, for example in case of parallel data rooms, LegalPlus will be your trusted services provider. We are aware that it always involves confidential documents that need to be handled very carefully and securely. For this purpose, LegalPlus has set up a dedicated copy, scan and storage room in our office, in which a trustworthy group of professionals take care of scanning and copying your documents.  We ensure and guarantee that this room is locked and inaccessible to unauthorised people.

Data room management

For the vendor, it is essential that the information present in the data room is being handled discretely. LegalPlus has flexible, representative and trustworthy (most often law) graduates available who can supervise the data room when open. They are also able to assist with any other work that is relevant for a smooth due diligence process, such as keeping attendance lists and assisting with Q&A.
