Project Management  

If LegalPlus is your physical data room provider, the management of the data room will be undertaken by one of our experienced project managers.  The project manager will be your permanent contact during the entire due diligence process, from setting up the physical data room up to and including closing the data room. Our project managers are experienced in document management, streamlining the data room process and monitoring the security and confidentiality of your physical data room documents.

 Should you need to deal with a substantial physical data room or several parallel data rooms, LegalPlus will also provide you with a Supervisor who will help you and our project manager maintain oversight.   

Location management

If there are several potential buyers, or if you prefer not to set up a physical data room in-house, LegalPlus will be able to arrange a location for you at LegalPlus’ premises. We have dedicated one room for due diligences that is provided with all the equipment and facilities you may need. We guarantee that this room is inaccessible to unauthorised people.  

If you prefer a location outside Amsterdam, LegalPlus will be able to arrange this for you. We work closely with a worldwide organisation in business centres which enables us to arrange a secure and safe location anywhere in Europe and for a substantially reduced price.
