Interim & Recruitment
LegalPlus Interim & Recruitment recruits and selects talented junior lawyers, economists and business administrators who are included in LegalPlus’ database. In collaboration with our career coach, we have selected and seconded many candidates to financial organisations, international companies and law firms. For example, LegalPlus has seconded various law graduates to the legal department of one of the Dutch largest banks over the period of more than a year.
Is your company also looking for temporary staff or in need of support over a longer period, then LegalPlus Interim & Recruitment can help you. We have law graduates, both HBO or WO qualified, available with degrees in economics, law, tax law and finance who can support you with work ranging from for example ‘light’ legal work for a bank to professional support in an employment law team of a law firm. Should you not object to a student in law, economics, tax law or business studies, then LegalPlus can second these students for a lower rate.
Why interim?
You can solve you (sudden) understaffing by using our flexible “smart hands” for a reasonable price, whereas you can ‘test’ our candidates’ performance and match with the culture of your organisation. Our candidates are aged between 21 and 27 years and often prefer to start working on an interim basis before they choose for a career in the legal practice. It is not only for your organisation important that the candidate fits in with your business culture, but also for the candidate it is important that he/she feels to be in the right place.
Because most of our candidates have a track record with LegalPlus, we know our candidates better than most other recruitment and interim bureaus. In most cases, our candidates worked for LegalPlus as a student in the data rooms for LegalPlus or they were seconded to one or more companies by LegalPlus Interim & Recruitment.
