Paralegals

We offer two types of paralegals with different rates: WO existing paralegals from Master lawyers and paralegals BA, the BA lawyers. LegalPlus has a lot of starters in its file and occasionally people with three years of work experience. 


LegalPlus regularly puts lawyers for paralegal vacancies for a fixed period of large and medium-sized law firms. Likewise, we have paralegals for a few weeks to twelve months post sometimes, these people still work to be made first.

To reflect the activities may include below a few examples:

• Collection of articles, extracts from the commercial, shareholder records and agreements relating to the file;
• Mapping of due diligence documentation (per contract to identify the various parties, etc.);
• Request statement of no objection to Ministry of Justice, filing of documents by the Chamber of Commerce;
• Analysis of process files;
• Register of the instrument in the draft register and transfer the deed to the expedition;
• Preparation and signing copies by a notary, send documents to concerned parties and the execution of the deed from the other administrative activities;
• Writing individual defenses on the basis of a model;
• out and answering legal questions.
