LegalPlus Interim & Recruitment recruits talented young professionals who are included in LegalPlus’ own database. We stand close to our candidate and client and therefore have a personal approach. 

Students register with LegalPlus at the end of their studies. They often work one to two years for LegalPlus before they are eligible for our interim placements. As we are familiar with our candidate’s wishes combined with our personal experience with our candidate, we are able to identify the best place to work for him/her, so that his/her full potential will be utilised. As we have been working together with law firms, solicitors, financial institutions and other professional services firms for many years, we know the business culture of many of these firms and therefore the person who will have the best fitting personality and drive for your organisation. OUR APPROACH


I              Introduction and analysis

In our initial meeting, we will discuss your needs for a temporary high-educated legal or financial professional and the role that LegalPlus could play to meet your needs. We will analyse the level and background of a potential candidate you require for your organisation.  If we believe to have one or more suitable candidates available, we will discuss the steps we need to take.  

II             Selection

As soon as LegalPlus is fully aware of the work you require the candidate to do by an interim law graduate, economist or business administrator, for what period, either on a fulltime or part-time basis and any other requirements, LegalPlus will commence the selection process. We will then introduce one or more candidates to you that match your required job profile within the time we agreed.

III            Placement

During the interim assignment of one of LegalPlus’ candidates, we will regularly contact you and our candidate to check whether both of you are still happy with the arrangement we made. LegalPlus regards openness and honesty by both the employer and the candidate as the two most important pillars for a successful assignment. This will also enable LegalPlus to act swiftly as and when required.  

 IV            Follow up  

After the interim period is expired, we wish to visit your premises to discuss and evaluate the assignment with you. We would like to hear your view on how the interim role was fulfilled by our candidate. We will have a similar conversation with our candidate. This will enable us to sharpen your requirements and our candidate’s profile necessary to improve our services for a following interim assignment.
