Rates with effect from 1st of January 2012
Below you will find an overview of our translation rates applied. The rates depend on the number of words, the language and the urgency.

Rates per word for each language, with Dutch being one of the languages:

Annual reports (Financial statements for publication) English/Dutch: € 0,25
Surcharge for urgent translations
* same or following day: +50%
* 2 days, with a minimum of 6000 words: + 25%
* weekend: + 50%
Sworn Translations
Sworn translations cost € 0,04 per word extra. The costs for an additional copy of a sworn translation are € 20,00 per copy and € 37,00 if the translation includes an apostille from the court.
Minimum charge per translation
€75,-
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Unless agreed otherwise, the price is based on the translation, not the source text.
NB: A discount will be given when a Service Level Agreement or a Preferred Supplier Agreement has been agreed.
